Juli Tkalec
Juli graduated with a degree in photography from Columbia College. She began learning flower design at a very young age, incapable of sitting still, she graciously accepted the task of learning how to make a satin ribbon bow, it took her weeks, but she did it. After that accomplishment her mother, Dragica began to teach Juli about flowers. In addition to flower design, Juli has done all of the photography and web design for the business.

Yes, we provide same-day delivery in Chicago for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
How much does flower delivery cost in Chicago?
Delivery fees vary depending on the location and distance. At checkout, you’ll see the exact cost for your area.
Can I order online or by phone?
Yes! You can order online anytime at aprettyflowershop.com or by phone at (773) 506-0806 during our business hours (Mon-Sat 10:00 AM-5:00 PM, Sun Closed).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments, and Afterpay at our online checkout. For in-store or phone orders, we take cards, House Accounts, cash, and checks.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.

Yes, we deliver to homes, hospitals, businesses, and venues across Chicago. Please provide the full address and any delivery notes during checkout.
Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flower delivery add-ons to personalize your arrangement such as small gifts or keepsakes. You’ll see available add-ons on each product page and again at checkout.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight to extend their life.
