The Victoria bouquet was lovely and appeared very close to what was pictured on the website. I also appreciate that this company offered a modestly priced arrangement that was nonetheless elegant and thoughtfully arranged. Delivery was delayed until evening due to a miscommunication on behalf of the front desk staff of the residence where it was delivered. A Pretty Flower answered my email by the next morning, even though the problem had been sorted out by then. So I know the company cares and will take care of its customers.
